1. Returns

  • Return Window: You may return items within 60 days from the delivery date.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging.
  • Returns shipping cost: Free
  • Exchanges: Available for size or color changes.
  • Defects/Wrong Item: Free replacement or full refund.
  • Response Time: We respond to return requests within 1 business day.
  • Quality Promise: All products are made to order and printed in the USA by trusted partners to ensure consistent quality.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Customized or personalized products.
  • Gift cards.
  • Clearance or final-sale items.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost.


4. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
  • Processing Time: Returns are processed within 14 business days after we receive your package.
  • Refund Timeline: Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping Fees: Non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective, or damaged).

5. Exchanges

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.
  • Provide your Order Number and the email address used at checkout.
  • For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, include clear photos of the product and packaging.
  • Returns are not accepted if the item shows signs of use, has been washed, or if the request is made more than 60 days after delivery.

6. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the issue is our mistake.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or adding shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of untracked returns.
