Payment
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We currently accept PayPal. At checkout, you’ll be redirected to PayPal to log in and confirm your payment securely. Once complete, you’ll return to Watala.
Shipping
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Currently, we only ship within the United States..
Q: I can’t find my country in the shipping list. Why?
A: Some countries have been removed due to repeated delivery issues. Please contact our support team for clarification.
Q: Are there restricted destinations?
A: We do not ship to Cuba, Falkland Islands, Iran, North Korea, Somalia, Sudan, and Myanmar.
Q: Do all countries have tracking?
A: Full tracking is available for most major destinations (USA, Canada, UK, EU, Japan, Australia, etc.).
For some countries, tracking may stop once the package leaves the international carrier.
Important: Please avoid using Kanji, foreign characters, or special accents in shipping addresses.

Q: How long does it take to process my order?

Graphic T-Shirt (T-Shirts, Hoodies, Sweatshirts):
Handling 1–2 business days, Transit 4–7 business days. -
All-Over-Print Apparel (3D Hoodies, Ugly Christmas Sweaters):
Handling 3–5 business days, Transit 10–12 business days.
Q: Can I change my order (size, color, details)?
A: Changes are possible only before an order enters production.
Once production starts, we cannot edit it. Please check our size chart carefully before ordering.
Q: How do I cancel an order?
A: Contact us immediately with your order number. If the order has not yet been packed or shipped, we can cancel it.
Q: Do I get tracking information?
A: Yes, tracking numbers are emailed as soon as your order ships. Tracking usually becomes active within 24–48 hours.
Returns & Exchanges
Q: What is your return policy?
A: We accept returns within 60 days of delivery for unused, unwashed items in original packaging.
Return shipping is free, and no restocking fees apply.
Q: What items cannot be returned?
A: Customized items, gift cards, and clearance/final-sale products.
Q: What if I receive a damaged or wrong item?
A: Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order details and clear photos.
We’ll arrange a free replacement or full refund.
Q: How long does a return take?
A: Returns are processed within 14 business days after we receive your package.
Refunds
Q: How will I receive my refund?
A: Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Bank posting times may vary.
Q: Are shipping costs refundable?
A: Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong, defective, or damaged product).
